Shipping policy

The helmet is a customized product, and we do not accept refunds due to customization reasons (we will ensure that the helmet is shipped in good condition)

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the error.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 day cooling off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, not worn or used, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or purchase voucher.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 working days using the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds.
